SHIPPING POLICY

  • Its shipping cost will be calculated once it's moved to cart.
  • All orders will process once payment clears.
  • All orders will ship out within 1-2 business days. (weekends and holidays are excluded from the business days.)
  • An e-mail will be sent once it ships out from our warehouse. (its tracking number will be provided at this stage)
  • Shipping Within the U.S.

  • Economy shipping generally takes about 5 - 8 business days.
  • During the busy or holiday seasons it may take longer than stated above.
  • Most of orders will ship out via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
  • Shipping Outside of the U.S.

    1. Please contact us for "Return Request Form"

    - "Return Request Form" must be filled out and included within return shipment.
    - Return must be made within 30 days of item's purchase date.
    - The unused condition must be confirmed. (please see below.)

    * We consider it as an used condition if...
    - it smells perfumes, detergents, etc.
    - it returns without or detached any tags.
    - it shows any hairs on the fabric.
    - it shows any signs of wear or wash.


    2. Returning Item(s).

    - Its original tags & original packaging must be returned. (Includes free gifts, if there're any)
    - Unused condition must be confirmed, indeed.
    - "Return Request Form" must be filled out accurately and included within return shipment.


    3. Receiving a refund.

    - When item returns to us safely and original condition is confirmed, we'll issue a refund to your financial institution, or PayPal account (if you paid us via PayPal).
    - It will need 5 - 10 business days to take this process.
